ConScribe replaces spreadsheet-based convention scheduling with a dedicated desktop app backed by real-time cloud sync. Schedulers create conventions, assign games to time slots and tables, manage a unified team roster with per-convention role assignments, detect scheduling conflicts automatically, and export print-ready schedules.

• Automatic conflict detection — table overlaps, GM double-booking, buffer time violations, and open/close warnings surfaced in real time
• Unified team management — one roster with per-convention role assignments (GM, EO, Setup, Breakdown, Admin, Volunteer)
• CSV/Excel import — bulk import team members and game libraries via a 4-step wizard
• Real-time sync — Firestore-backed with offline persistence, so scheduling works without an internet connection

Mobile App (EO Companion)

Event Organizers get a short 8-character access code and use the free mobile companion app to view their assigned shifts, browse the full schedule grid, and contact GMs directly — no account required.
